Custom builds, real mindset growth, and purposeful living from the San Juan Islands.
Puget Sound Customs is where custom motorcycle building meets mindset coaching. Two paths driven by the same philosophy: purpose, passion, and progress.
Building custom motorcycles from the ground up. Each project is documented through video content showing real modifications, techniques, and the journey from stock to custom. From bobbers to choppers to café racers.
Living with intention, purpose, and passion. Sharing goal-setting techniques, motivational content, and the mindset approach that drives everything — from building bikes to building a life you’re proud of.
“Whether you’re here to learn about custom motorcycle builds or to get motivated about reaching your goals — the foundation is the same: dedication, craftsmanship, and never settling for less than your vision.”
— Donnie, Puget Sound Customs
“Living each day with intention, purpose, and passion”
At Puget Sound Customs, My projects are built around craftsmanship, creativity, and evolving experience. I am specializing in custom motorcycle builds, vintage chopper projects, and garage-built bikes created through detailed teardown, fabrication, and engine work.
Each of my builds start with a complete motorcycle teardown to the frame. followed by custom fabrication, part upgrades, and design refinement. Many projects draw inspiration from 1970s chopper motorcycles, combining classic styling with modern improvements.
From DIY motorcycle builds to full custom bike fabrication, the motorcycles I’m working on are treated as evolving projects—built, refined, and improved over time.
My process focuses on precision and performance. Every component is carefully evaluated to ensure proper fitment, durability, and ride quality. Whether its frame modifications, suspension upgrades, or custom part installation, the goal is to create a motorcycle that reflects both style and mechanical integrity.
Puget Sound Customs is committed to delivering quality how to videos, for the beginner chopper builders out there. Each build represents a balance of function and design, resulting in motorcycles that are not only visually distinctive but also built to perform on the road.
